These Mittens are probably my favorite! I have several and if any sell, I will personalize them for the buyer. Below are some grubbie candy canes. They are about 12 inches long and "sugared" with mica flakes and glass glitter. . Been paintin' up a storm. I am really hoping some of this stuff sells. I am my own worst critic. I am staring at it and I think it looks o.k. and then I take pictures to post and I am looking at everything through the camera lense and yuck! I don't think anything looks good enough! Oh Well! cause I can't change it now and the Bazaar is on Sunday! Here are some pictures of some of the stuff. We shall see what happens!
ease up on yourself woman!! everything you touch turns out fabulous! You are so talented, I bet your stuff sells like hot cakes!!! I love it all!! Hope y'alls bazaar goes well!!
For some reason, so many of my memories are connected to food. From all the church potluck dinners and all the wonderful people that made those precious recipes, to my Grannies kitchen in South Texas to my Grandad and his shopping trips to every grocery store in town with his coupons. Some of my most precious memories can be brought back with a whiff of Mexican vanilla or the smell of good ole' Texas mesquite wood smoke. I just decided to share my recipes and memories with you. In the hope that you will enjoy them and be intentional about making memories with your family. Not everything has to be about food, but the way I look at it is this - If one of the first things we are going to do when we get to heaven is sit down with Jesus and have a feast, well - then it must not be all bad!
P.S. I am not good at grammar and spelling soooo - if you find a misspelled word or bad grammar - DEAL WITH IT!
